3 Daily Reminders

Observe

Observing your thought patterns allows you to understand your brain’s algorithm. This is essential for emotional healing and key to improve your day to day life. If we allow thoughts to control our mood, it can be very hard to alter that state of mind. But once you become familiar with your own thought patterns and emotional triggers-detaching becomes second nature.

Reconnect

Human nature is being neglected. But that’s not what we worry about. what’s most concerning is Internet connection. We’ve lost touch with the true nature of our essence as a collective. Disconnecting is way easier than reconnecting, it may even be more pleasurable. But reconnecting and finding new ways to connect is essential and rewarding.

Start by turning off the blue light screens. Go for a walk (w/ no music) or a hike in nature. Nature is soothing and spending alone time there can really hit a lot of reset buttons. Nature improves overall mood, helps us relax and is good for the immune system. If we tune into the frequency of nature, our stress and anger disappears. Nature can be humbling but it’s also healing. If you want evidence, find the greenest hiking trail in your area.

Be Present

Stop worrying about the future. Be Present, Remember whatever it is you’re going through is only temporary. Life is all about choices and we have the power to choose how to handle our current situation. Don’t look back at the past and think “what if”- either. Cry if you have to but ultimately you must realize you have what it takes to rise to the occasion. Have confidence you’ll handle the situation with grace & elegance. Our Life can be amazing; but it starts with being present and taking the moment in front of you to better, the rest is irrelevant.
